I have tried to make my own vanilla sugar and I use it when large amounts are required- but this is just amazing. I wish it could be purchased in the plastic shaker container that you find in Europe, which holds the equivalent of over 12 of these packets. Much less expensive in Europe also, so load up your suitcase when traveling!
